All of the delicious meals are under 350 calories, have 5% fat or less and the ingredients are 100% natural and sourced from within the UK. All of Rosemary Conley’s Solo Slim soups and ready meals can be stored at room temperature, have a long shelf life, with sealed in freshness and contain no ‘E’ numbers and are free of preservatives. (HVO) Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil FREE.
