All of the delicious meals are less than 300 calories, have less than 4% fat and the ingredients are 100% natural and sourced from within the UK. All of Rosemary Conley’s Solo Slim soups and ready meals can be stored at room temperature, have a long shelf life, with sealed in freshness and contain no ‘E’ numbers and are free of preservatives.

Order a week’s supply of Rosemary Conley foods and it will contain:
