Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs is a full member of the British Franchise Association (BFA) and in 2005, we were very proud to have won the British Franchise Association’s Franchisor of the Year Award for the second time. Rosemary is personally involved in all aspects of the business, including the selection and training of franchisees. She is supported at the Company’s Headquarters, Quorn House, by a highly skilled and committed team of staff. Their aim is to ensure maximum success for every franchisee’s business, with full marketing and business support.

Training

We provide all of the necessary training in exercise and nutrition to start your business, along with continued support and development to ensure its success. Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs franchisees receive full OCR (Oxford Cambridge Royal Society of Arts) training as an exercise to music instructor and receive a certificate in Applied Nutrition and Weight Management, a qualification accredited by the University of Chester.

Those individuals who are already qualified as an exercise to music instructor will need to only attend a 2 day conversion course, to fully understand the differing needs of our members.

Training is also provided in business management and marketing and the initial start up package includes everything needed to start running the franchise – including essential equipment, promotional material, local and national advertising as well as basic business stationery. On-going training courses held throughout the year help to maintain standards and ensure franchisees stay at the forefront of the industry.

Job satisfaction

Running a Rosemary Conley franchise is a full time commitment and for the right person, is an extremely gratifying business in which to run a franchise. There is also great flexibility and the potential to earn high financial rewards.

The cost of a Rosemary Conley Diet & Fitness Clubs Franchise is from £16,000 + VAT. This is reduced to start from £15,000 + VAT if you have already qualified as an OCR/NVQ instructor to teach Exercise to Music.

All franchisees are required to run a minimum of 10 classes per week. Income can be increased considerably, depending on the number of classes taken, and then number of members attending. As Rosemary Conley Diet & Fitness Clubs is a cash business, there are no debts incurred from members.
