Heather Shaw – Franchisee Recruitment Manager

Heather joined Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs in 1997, and has worked in the Recruitment department for the last eleven years. With her exceptional knowledge of the company and the recruitment process, Heather is your first point of contact and she can answer any queries you might have.
 

Head of training – Caroline Whiting

Caroline joined the Rosemary Conley team in 2001 as Training Manager, having previously worked both as a tutor and course director for the YMCA. Caroline has extensive knowledge of the diet and fitness industry and expertly leads our training team at Quorn House.
 

Lorraine Wardle – Franchise Support Manager

Lorraine ran a very successful Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs franchise in Shipley, Ilkley & Bingley for five years before joining the team at Quorn House in February 2011. Lorraine provides operations advice for both new and established franchisees and works closely with the team to provide the best possible support for franchisees.
