1. Pre-training

First, we advise you on all aspects of preparing to start your business, including completion of your business plan and cash flow forecasts.


2. Comprehensive training

Full training is included in the initial cost of the franchise. As all Rosemary Conley Food & Fitness franchisees are highly trained in fitness instructing to an externally recognised qualification, prospective franchisees who are not yet qualified will need to pass the CYQ Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing training course.

Franchisees also receive comprehensive training in nutrition and are taught how to help each member lose weight safely and effectively, and maintain long-term weight-loss success. Every franchisee will achieve the CYQ Level 3 Award in Nutrition for Physical Activity.

The ability to manage your own business is fundamental and full training is given in business operations, business management and marketing.

The initial training prepares you for a successful launch of your business. Once launched a continuous professional development programme is put in place to support you to grow and develop your business, with a business strategy meeting held after your first 12 months of trading.

Ongoing training takes place at our annual convention, which is informative and highly motivational for franchisees. This ensures we maintain our high standards and keep up to date with new trends and developments, enabling us to keep at the forefront of the industry.

It is also time effective, as all paperwork required by the team at Quorn House can be completed electronically. The extranet also enables franchisees to build an email database of members to communicate on a regular basis.

***LInC is an electronic system that franchisees use in all classes to maintain and update the Members’ weight history.
