Emails - Don't miss out!

Here at Rosemary Conley we believe that communication is key in helping you achieve your weight-loss goals.

Follow these instructions to put us on your list of accepted senders, so our emails go straight to your inbox.


  1. On the home tab ribbon, click on “Junk”.
  2. In the drop-down list, select “Junk email options”.
  3. In the Safe Senders’ tab, click on “Add”.
  4. In the Add Address field, type
  5. Click “OK”.
  6. In the Add Address field, type
  7. Click “OK”.
  8. In the Add Address field, type
  9. Click “OK”.


  1. In Gmail, click “Options” (cog icon top right) and click “Mail Settings” link in drop-down list.
  2. Go to Filters.
  3. Click “Create a new filter”.
  4. Under From:, type
  5. Click “Next Step ››”. Make sure “Never send it to Spam” is checked. Click “Create Filter”. Repeat steps 3-7 a further three times but this time add and


  1. Click the “Spam Controls” link on the lower right side of your inbox screen.
  2. When the “Mail & Spam Controls” box appears, click the “Custom sender list” link.
  3. Choose the “Allow email from” option.
  4. Enter, and and then click “Add”.
  5. Click “Save”.

Are our emails already in your junk folder?

If past emails from us have gone to your AOL spam folder, open the email and click the “This is not spam” button.


  1. Open your mailbox and click “Options” in the top left navigation bar.
  2. Select “Mail Options” from the list that drops down.
  3. Choose “Filters” located on the left side of the page.
  4. Click the “Add filter” button on the top of the Filters page.
  5. Give your filter a relevant name.
  6. Update the “Sender” rule.
  7. Select “Contains” as your criteria.
  8. Type in the text field.
  9. Click on the “Choose Folder” drop-down menu and select inbox.
  10. Click on “Add Filter”.
  11. Select “OK” to save your changes.

Are our emails already in your junk folder?

If our emails are getting stuck in your Yahoo bulk folder, please open the email and click the “Not Spam” button. Next, check to see if the message’s email address is in your “Blocked Addresses” list. If you see any email addresses ending in either, or on this list, select it and click the “Remove Block” button. Lastly, please set up a Filter as outlined above.


  1. Click the “Options” text link on the top right.
  2. Click “More options” in the drop-down list.
  3. Click on “Safe and blocked senders” under “Preventing junk email”.
  4. Click on “Safe senders”.
  5. Enter the email addresses,, and
  6. Click the “Add to list” button next to the dialog box for each one to add the domain name into the safe senders and domains list on the right.

Are our emails already in your junk folder?

Open the email and click the “Not Junk” button. Also check if our email address is in your blocked senders’ list. If you see, or on this list, select and click on “remove”. You can then proceed to add into your Safe List as described above.

If your email provider/ program isn't listed above, of if you find the procedure is incorrect/ out of date, please email and include as much detail as possible about the email provider (Hotmail, AOL, etc) / programme or application (and version). A member of our technical support team will then be able to assist you to add our email address into your Safe List.
