Why not come along and join in the fun by taking part in a Sponsored Charity Aerobathon in Leicestershire along with the UK’s leading diet and fitness expert, Rosemary Conley.

Rosemary Conley will be leading the non-stop two-hour Charity Aerobathon at The Paddock Suite, Donington Park Racing, Castle Donington, Derby, DE74 2RP between 10.00am and 12 noon on Saturday 21st September to raise much-needed funds for Steps Conductive Education Centre (Charity No. 1063143).Rosemary Conley at last year’s sponsored Charity Aerobathon

Steps is a charity based in Shepshed, Leicestershire, for children with cerebral palsy and Down syndrome, and each year they need to raise £200,000 to provide this facility free of charge. Steps rely almost totally on donations and fundraising to achieve this, and all monies raised from the Aerobathon will go directly to Steps to help children from all over the East Midlands.

The Charity Aerobathon is suitable for all levels of fitness and, in addition to Aerobics, Boxercise, Salsacise and Zumba® Fitness, also on offer will be Kardy-O-Fun – the latest exercise sensation available in Rosemary Conley classes. As well as taking part in the two-hour exercise session, participants are asked to raise as much funds as possible through sponsorship.

Says Rosemary Conley: “Our Leicestershire Charity Aerobathon promises to be a fun-filled fitness and fund-raising fiesta which is open to everyone around the UK, not just members of Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs. As well as raising valuable funds for Steps, the event will provide a great opportunity for participants to experience different types of exercise in a fun morning of fitness.

“The event will start with registration at 9am and finish at 12 noon and there will also be a variety of stalls including a tombola . The entry fee of £15 will include two hours of fitness, and each participant will also be given a goody bag.
