Rosemary Conley’s Magic Measure® is a great way of enabling you to keep track of your measurements for the different parts of your body as you progress through the Amazing Inch Loss Plan. The Magic Measure® is designed to be easy-to-use and extremely motivating.
It consists of a specially designed tape measure that comes with a series of different colour-coded clip-on tags. Each colour represents a different part of the body. There are two types of tags - larger ‘permanent’ and smaller - ‘removable’ ones and a set of each will be given to you with your Rosemary Conley¹s Magic Measure®.

How it works!
Step 1
Using the body part colour guide clip on the correct colour 'permanent tag over the top of the tape measure in the holes nearest to your start measurement for each part of your body. Once the the 'permanent' tag has been clicked together it cannot be removed, so clip carefully the first time you measure yourself.
Step 2
On the same day each week, measure yourself and clip the same colour 'removable' tags for each part of the body in the appropriate holes. If you find you have two or more areas measuring the same, All tags can 'piggy-back' each other.
Step 3
As the weeks progress, the 'removable' tags will be further away from the 'permanent' tags for each part of the body, so you will easily see your amazing inch loss!
