Rosemary Conley has welcomed in 2014 with a bang, by unveiling an exciting new image and direction for the entire brand!

5 steps that could change your life this year

There’s no better time than now to start a personal diet and fitness campaign. With the right attitude, you can achieve success beyond your dreams.

Just picture yourself – it’s 12 months on and you’re 3 or 4 or 5 or even 6 stone lighter. You’re in size 10-12 clothes and you feel fit, healthy and confident. Life is GOOD! What price would you put on that? Yet, right here, you can start that journey to make your dream a reality. Here are the five vital steps you need to take…

  1. Decide on a diet to follow. Rosemary Conley’s brand-new Gi Hip & Thigh Diet can really help you to shed your excess pounds. If you eat low-fat food with a low Gi rating and follow an eating plan where the calories are counted for you, and stick to it, you really can’t go wrong. Treat yourself to a set of Rosemary Conley’s new Portion Pots® to check your portion sizes. Use them to ensure you are eating the correct servings and your excess weight will drop off you.
  2. Spring clean your fridge and store cupboard and get rid of foods that are likely to tempt you away from the straight and narrow. Without temptation staring you in the face, you are much more likely to stick with your diet and enjoy greater rewards on the scales.
  3. Measure yourself weekly and keep a record. Also, weigh yourself once a week only and on the same scales, in the same clothes and at the same time of day. Write down your weight. Seeing your progress in black and white will really motivate you and help to keep you focused on your goal. Measurement and weight-loss charts can be found at the back of Rosemary Conley’s Gi Hip & Thigh Diet book which are really useful.
  4. Exercise more. If you want to lose weight faster and don’t want to have any saggy, baggy bits at the end of your weight-loss campaign, you need to make exercise part of your life. Aim to do 20-30 minutes of activity every day. It’s up to you what you choose to do – sport, working out at a class or to a fitness DVD – as long as you do something!
  5. Make a list before you go shopping and stick to it. It will save you money and heaps of excess calories! Rosemary Conley’s Gi Hip & Thigh Diet book offers four weeks of set diet menus together with their shopping lists. And once you’ve decided on your week’s eating plan, you can relax about food and just do it.

So, what are you waiting for? Go for your goals and realise your dreams. If you want to do it badly enough, you can!
