Q. How much does it cost to attend a Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Class?

The membership fee, which includes the Fat Attack Booster diet pack, Portion Pots, a motivational DVD and a Magic Measure is typically £10.00, and each class costs £5.95. Please be aware that there may be some small regional price variations.

Q. What do I need to wear for the exercise session?

Anything comfortable and non-restricting. Leggings or tracksuit bottoms and a loose-fitting t-shirt are ideal. The only crucial thing is that you wear trainers to protect your feet.

Q. What do I need to bring?

For the floor work you will need to bring an exercise mat or a towel. Many members also bring a small bottle of water.

Q. I’m very overweight, un-coordinated and not used to exercise, how will I cope?

Our qualified instructors are specially trained to adapt exercises for people of all levels of fitness and capability. One thing you can be certain of is that you will be cared for as an individual.

Q. Will I be the fattest there?

People of all shapes and sizes attend our classes so whatever your size, you won't feel out of place.

Q. Is the exercise session optional?

Yes, you are free to decide whether to take part in the exercise session, but we would encourage you to take part; it will speed up your rate of weight loss and tone you up as you lose weight.
