For those of you who like a change, many of our instructors offer different classes for you to choose from.

These all use the Fat Attack Booster Diet and are all designed to help you lose weight and feel great. Each class has been carefully designed for people of all fitness levels. If you haven't exercised for a while, the instructor will ensure that you start off with a level of activity that suits you.

Slim & Aerobics

Lose weight faster and help keep it off with the ultimate in cardio-vascular workouts. Offering 45-minutes of pure, non-stop aerobics to really burn those calories, this is our maximum fat burning class. Helps keep your heart fit and healthy too!

Slim & Aerobatone

A great fat burning and toning session in one! This all-round exercise session will help you burn calories and firm up your muscles. Combining aerobic exercise with toning, the class could involve circuit training or working out with toning bands.

Slim & Salsacise

Our fun and energetic Salsacise classes offer fat burning with a difference! Find out how easy it is to Salsa whilst burning off around 400 calories at the same time. A complete work out for the hips and whole body and you don’t need a partner to do it.

Slim & Go

Weigh-in class only. If time is of the essence and you simply want to slim and go, this express class is for you. Your weekly weigh-in will every day help you keep on track for a slimmer new you.

Slim & Dancercise

Burning calories and keeping fit has never been so much fun. A class which blends traditional aerobics with dance moves to give you that all over cardiovascular workout.

Slim & Fitness Pilates

A low intensity workout which works your ‘core’ like never before and much more. This class takes the moves of basic Pilates to focus on strengthening muscles, improving posture, co-ordination, balance and flexibility. Add this to your fitness regime for a well-balanced, all-round exercise programme.

Slim & Latin Fitness

Get in the Latino mood with a class that will give you a workout for the whole body whilst working those hips and waist.

Slim & Circuits

A fun, effective and varied workout to get you into great shape whilst working at your own pace and level. Spend a short period working out at one ‘station’ before going on to the next with a different move each time! Variety is the spice of life!

Zumba

This exhilarating class will help you burn fat and calories whilst moving to high energy exotic and international rhythms.

Zumba Gold

An easy to follow, low impact workout which lets you move to the beat of the exotic and international rhythms at your own pace. Perfect for more mature but active exercisers!

Kardy-o-Fun

This unique style of aerobics with a twist of dance is the work of fitness supremo Kardy Laguda in collaboration with Rosemary Conley. These fat burning moves are fun, easy to follow and suitable for everyone.

Kardy-o-Fun Bootcamp

A class suitable for all levels of fitness with the unique moves of fitness supremo Kardy Laguda. This might be held indoors or outdoors but wherever it is you will get a combination of a great cardiovascular and toning workout with a friendly ‘sergeant major’ instructor to inspire and motivate you.

Kardy-o-Fun Aerobics

A great fat burning and toning session in one, with just a flavour of Kardy Laguda moves! This all-round exercise session will help you burn calories and firm up your muscles. Combining aerobic exercise with toning, the class could involve circuit training or working out with toning bands.

Kardy-o-Fun Interval

Want to maximise your fat burning but have limited time available? This is the class for you. With periods of short, intense exercise followed by periods of rest, this workout will really keep you on your toes. The class may be 30 minutes long or 45 minutes with a toning section.

Bokwa

A cardiovascular workout with a difference. Draw the alphabet and numbers with your feet, no routines to follow just move with the music for a fun, energetic way to burn calories and keep fit.

FitSteps

Think you can’t dance? A ‘strictly’ fun, energetic and effective dance fitness class mixing classic Latin and ballroom moves which are suitable for everyone, you get a great workout without even realising it!

Bootcamp

A class suitable for all levels of fitness. This might be held indoors or outdoors but wherever it is you will get a combination of a great cardiovascular and toning workout with a friendly ‘sergeant major’ instructor to inspire and motivate you.
