This is not a diet plan as such, but a way to make changes to your eating and lifestyle and bust your bad habits using the latest ideas and best techniques in the unique Lifestyle Change Plan.

There is nothing complicated about the Lifestyle Change Plan and we don’t want you to do or eat anything that you won’t enjoy. This programme will lead you through a process of learning about your eating habits and selecting certain ones to change permanently. You will choose which habits you think you can change. The LCP will then advise and support you.

The principles of the Lifestyle Change Plan are similar to those used by successful people in sport and business in achieving their targets:

  • First of all they have a clear idea of what they want to achieve. In other words, they set a goal or objective.
  • Then they consult experts and ensure that they have the information or knowledge they require to achieve their goal.
  • Based on this knowledge, they formulate a plan to achieve their goal or objective. The plan will include alternative courses of action or contingencies in case things change or go wrong.
  • The next step is to carry out the plan, carefully monitoring how well it is working.
  • A good plan can be continually fine-tuned and amended so that the goal or objective is achieved.

The Lifestyle Change Plan works in a similar way. By following it you can successfully lose weight while avoiding many of the pitfalls associated with crash dieting.
