All of them understand the challenges of losing weight and are there to help you every step of the way.

He is a practising NHS GP, health editor on ITV’s Daybreak, author and a contributor to medical journals and our own Rosemary Conley Diet & Fitness magazine.
 

Diet and fitness buddies

The buddies’ service allows you to privately communicate with other members by inviting them to be your buddy. Share your weight-management goals, successes and motivational tips with them. The support of other people is vital for your success and some great friendships have been formed through our buddies’ service.
 

Coffee shop

Our coffee shop (discussion forum) is open 24/7, so you can talk to other members whenever you want. It’s an opportunity to share your tips and ideas with other members.
 

Chat room

Most people who lose weight need help and support from others, which is why our live chat room is so popular. You can use the chat room to share ideas and to motivate and encourage one another. The chat room is the place to meet with other members. The team host regular chats there and, once a month, Rosemary will host a chat, too.

Any time you need assistance with the site, you can click on the online help button on the members’ homepage. When one of the team is available, you can send your message and have your query answered in minutes.
