If you want to take away the effort involved in food preparation, but still follow a diet that offers proper, balanced healthy meals, this is the diet for you. All you have to do is add fruit, vegetables and your chosen breakfast menu. It couldn't be easier.

Dinner
1 x Solo Slim® Low-Fat Thai Chicken Curry served with 25g (dry weight) basmati rice, boiled in water with a vegetable stock cube
