Cumbrian slimmer sheds one stone six pounds in three months with the help of a mouse

Within three months of joining Rosemary Conley’s online slimming club Janice Winch from Broughton-in-Furness, Cumbria succeeded in shedding 1st 6lb and dropping her dress size from 18 to 14.

53-year old Janice’s weight had reached 13st when she decided to take action by enrolling to the online club. Says Janice, who now weighs 11st 8lb: “Slimming online is the perfect solution. You get all the support you can possibly need and it gives you total control. It gave me the confidence to do so much.”

Janice, who is six feet tall, had always been a size 18. “I was tall at school and had to wear home-made clothes, so I was bullied and began eating to feel better,” continues Janice.

A stressful job and three children to look after left Janice little time to look after herself and she began to get depressed. Janice could easily polish off a whole packet of chocolate digestives in one go, or eat a whole loaf of bread at once, plastered with butter and jam.

Janice started doing a Rosemary Conley video at home and for motivation and support, turned to rosemaryconleyonline. “The site’s ‘Coffee Shop’ is brilliant: there’s lots of camaraderie. You also get your own personal weight-loss coach and an exercise coach as well. I couldn’t believe how many people I was in touch with!” adds Janice.

Janice now loves her new figure, and her new lease of life. “Being this size is fantastic, my confidence and enjoyment of life has come back. I’ve got a great family and so much to look forward to. And it’s great doing it slim!”
