Between us we have more than 22 years experience running Rosemary Conley Food & Fitness Classes throughout Huddersfield, Halifax, Bradford, Cleckheaton, Liversedge and Mirfield.

We have now joined forces to run your local Rosemary Conley Food & Fitness Classes with excellent results! and along with our Instructors Mel and Anna, we want to help you take control and gain in confidence as you LOSE WEIGHT,

To give you plenty of choice we run 21 fun filled and informative classes each week, throughout Huddersfield, Halifax & Bradford. Our members are losing massive amounts of weight, becoming slimmer, trimmer, fitter and healthier by taking part in one or more of our slimming and exercise classes. Introducing Melanie McLean
After recently qualifying, we are delighted to welcome Mel to our team as our newest Rosemary Conley Food & Fitness Instructor starting in early January 2013 Mel has been a regular member for many years, losing her unwanted weight and learning to maintain her new found figure at our Mirfield class she is now ready to offer her expert advice to help you achieve your desired weight.
Together we can do it!
We are all fully qualified in Weight Management, Diet and Exercise and can teach all abilities from total beginner to the experienced. We know we can help you achieve your preferred weight and encourage you to maintain your new shape - we do it all the time!

We offer a wide variety of exercise in our classes all delivered in a totally Fun way - from Aerobics, Kardy'O'Fun, Circuits, Aerobatone, Resistance band work and Strengthening exercise, boxercise and Bootcamp to Hula Hooping and Zumba and FITSTEPS! 
 We are trained and qualified to teach Zumba (Jam-packed with red-hot dance steps, pulsating Latin and international rhythms, and feel-it-to-the-core routines, this invigorating dance-fitness workout will have you movin’, rockin’ and shakin’ the weight off! Zumba Gold (for the Beginner & older active) & Zumba Toning (serious body sculpting with a fun party feel)

We realise how hard it often is to lose weight; as we have all previously been members with weight problems of our own and with the excellent on going guidance and training we receive from Rosemary & her team in both exercise and nutrition, we know that together we can do it!

2014 is a very exciting year as the company name & branding has changed, giving us a fresh & vibrant look! As a Rosemary Conley Food & Fitness instructor I know it is not just about weight loss and exercise, it is about you and how you feel. I am here to support you at your local class & in turn help you become slimmer, fitter, healthier & happier.

Each class consists of a weigh-in, a short motivational talk offering nutritional help & advice & a fun-filled 45 minute workout. It is your class and you can choose the combination that works for you, weigh in and work out, work out only or weigh in only.

The new members pack includes a copy of Rosemary Conley’s brand new for 2014 Fat Attack Booster (F.A.B) plan along with a set of Portion Pots®, a pedometer, a Rosemary Conley Magic Measure® & exclusive access to the brand new online Food & Fitness Diary. If you do want to join in the exercise session please bring with you a bottle of water and wear loose, comfortable clothing and a pair of training shoes. Many members wear leggings and a T-shirt, but whatever you feel happy exercising in is fine with us.
Not exercised before?
Don’t worry, we have lots of members who before joining have never exercised before. We will help you and teach according to ability and level of fitness offering alternatives to the moves that are right for you, and as you progress we will gradually increase your moves. Our classes are designed to be fun; no one gets them right all of the time – not even the instructors!

It’s your choice
Weigh in, work out, (or both) but before long you will be weighing less! You may attend any of the classes in our area, attending a different class each week if that suits. You can also attend as many classes each week as you like at a reduced price, or at NO EXTRA CHARGE with our Premier Club Plus Membership offering unlimited classes & fantastic value.

Like you, we are Unique!
Our classes are very friendly, fun and welcoming with a great atmosphere. No one is made to feel embarrassed; you are amongst like minded people only too willing to help. Your weigh-in is very discreet, so, apart from us no one else will ever need to know how much you weigh. If you are thinking of joining on your own as many members do, there's no need to worry you're soon amongst friends. People of all ages, sizes and levels of fitness come to our classes, so it doesn’t matter if you’ve got a little or a large amount of weight to lose. We can help you every step of the way.

Help us raise Money for Local Charities
Above are pictures from our Aerobazumbathon when we raised over £4,500. for the Forget me knot Childrens Hospice, Huddersfield, a BIG THANKS to all involved.

Our next BIG Charity Event was our 'Kardy Party in the North' held on 17th May 2013 where we raised £4,193.35 in aid of Yorkshire Air Ambulance - join us and help make a difference at our next event!

and of course Race for Life in aid of Cancer Research, where we warm up the crowd and our members raise lots money at this wonderful Annual event (Pictured below Huddersfield July 2013)

Choose Your Membership, we have 3 types:

PAY AS YOU GO (£6.25 per week, extra exercise class £5.00 each)  classes cost just £6.25 and there’s a one-off joining fee of £10.00 for your membership. A total of £16.25 at your first class and then just £6.25 thereafter. A charge of £5.00 for each extra weekly exercise class (as many members come along to more than one class each week).

PREMIER Plus 1 (£6.25 per week & includes your chosen 'weigh in' class plus 1 extra exercise class each week) there’s a one-off joining reduced fee of £5.00 for your membership, we give you your FAB Members pack worth over £25 & Free Online personal Diary for just £25 paid per calender month & you can attend 2 classes each week. 

PREMIER CLUB TOP (£7.50 per week includes Unlimited extra exercise classes) The more you attend the more you save, giving you FREE Membership, Members pack, Personal Online Diary & unlimited weekly classes! this means you can exercise as many times a week as you wish attending any of our classes as often as you want for extra motivation, extra exercise & extra weight loss at no extra cost! just £30 paid per calender month - Brilliant Value!

Our PREMIER CLUB MEMBERSHIPS are by far the most popular, offering both outstanding value for money and added incentive to succeed, paying per calendar month by standing order. First month to be paid in cash or cheque. Premier Club Members also receive a special reduced rate on Rosemary Conley Diet & Fitness Club magazine when bought in class. 
Our Premier Club Memberships offer the greatest Value  - You have total control over the payments, we just ask you to keep your membership for a minimum of 3 months.

Debbie Plumpton (above left) lost 7 1/2 stone at our class in Mirfield & went on to be 'Super Fit' Slimmer of the Year 2013 she still attends our classes and has maintained her weight loss. (above right) Steve Brooke lost 7 stone at our Mirfield class, Sue Deakin lost 10 1/2 stone at our Coley class and Nigel Raby lost 7 1/2 stone at our Huddersfield class.
