My name is Julie Edwards and run the Rosemary Conley Food & Fitness Classes in the Wolverhampton area. Join one of my classes and change your life! We always have some special deals to offer so please call or email me to find out more !
I have been running classes since April 1998 and as well as having 3 Regional Slimmers of the Year, I've helped hundreds of members to lose their unwanted weight and through the exercise element of the class, members are also now much fitter than when they started.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST
There are several ways you can pay for your classes:-
- Single class fee: £6.00
- Pay for 5 classes: £29.00 (£5.80 per class)
- Premier Club Membership*: £23.00 (payable by monthly standing order)-includes single class per week
- Premier Club Plus Membership*: £28.00 (payable by monthly standing order)-includes unlimited classes
* Premier Club includes half price Rosmary Conley Food & Fitness magazine
I know from experience the initial difficulties of achieving weight loss and maintaining a preferred weight especially when combining this with a busy lifestyle. But, I have done it and have successfully helped so many others to lose weight and enjoy a fit and active life. So I would love to meet and help you too!

I am so proud to have had 3 Regional Slimmers of The Year all of whom have lost over 7 stone. Seeing how life changing this has been for them and for the many people in my classes who have lost weight is a reward in itself.
In fact one of these ladies (Lynn Hill) along with another club member (Sandra Stanford – who has lost 3 stones) ran the Wolverhampton Half Marathon in 2009.
They finished in just over 2 hours –WOW! What an outstanding achievement! I was waiting at the finishing line and I was so very proud of them both.

2014 is a very exciting year as the company name & branding has changed, giving us a fresh & vibrant look! As a Rosemary Conley Food & Fitness instructor I know it is not just about weight loss and exercise, it is about you and how you feel. I am here to support you at your local class & in turn help you become slimmer, fitter, healthier & happier.
Each class consists of a weigh-in, a short motivational talk offering nutritional help & advice & a fun-filled 45 minute workout. It is your class and you can choose the combination that works for you, weigh in and work out, work out only or weigh in only.
The new members pack includes a copy of Rosemary Conley’s brand new for 2014 Fat Attack Booster (F.A.B) plan along with a set of Portion Pots®, a pedometer, a Rosemary Conley Magic Measure® & exclusive access to the brand new online Food & Fitness Diary. If you do want to join in the exercise session please bring with you a bottle of water and wear loose, comfortable clothing and a pair of training shoes. Many members wear leggings and a T-shirt, but whatever you feel happy exercising in is fine with us.
Our classes are friendly and welcoming and there’s a great atmosphere in class. No one is made to feel embarrassed and your weigh-in is very discreet, so, apart from my staff and myself no one else will know how much you weigh. If you are thinking of joining on your own, as many of my members do, there's no need to worry: you're soon amongst friends at a Rosemary Conley class. It doesn’t matter if you’ve got a little or a large amount of weight to lose. We can help you and we’re with you every step of the way.
We often have fund raising events and outings during the year such as Race For Life, Aerobathon, Christmas parties, spa days, evenings out and our annual trip to Portugal for a pamper weekend (we deserve it!).
