
Let me introduce you to my instructors: Andrea Wardle (pictured on the left) and Lynda Hewlett (pictured on the right).

Lynda and Andrea launched their class in Reading, Caversham, Earley and Woodley in January 2007. They are STARS!
They make their members so welcome and really go that extra mile.
Lynda teaches on a Monday morning at 10am in Earley. Her class goes at a slightly slower pace than mine, and Andrea teaches at Beechwood on a Monday and at the Hill on a Thursday.

Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs have been in operation since 1993 and Rosemary has over forty years’ experience in helping people to slim down and shape up, so you could not be in better hands.
As ours is the only national organisation to offer dietary advice AND exercise in the same weekly class, there is no better place for you to lose weight and get fit. Even if you haven’t exercised for a long time, I can adapt the exercises to suit all abilities. However, if you don’t wish to join in the 45-minute exercise session, that’s fine with us!

Kardy-O-Fun is a new collaboration between Rosemary Conley Diet & Fitness Clubs and fitness performer Kardy Laguda. A typical class consists of a weigh-in, a short motivational talk offering nutritional help and advice and the all important
exercise to music workout, which lasts for just 45 minutes and focuses on fun and enjoyment.
If you do want to join in the exercise session please bring with you a bottle of water and wear loose, comfortable clothing and a pair of training shoes. Many members wear leggings and a T-shirt, but whatever you feel happy exercising in is fine with us.
Don’t worry, we usually have members in our classes who have never exercised before. Our classes are designed to help you and we teach according to ability and level of fitness within the same class. So, you can walk the routines at first and then gradually increase your moves (and jumps) as your fitness level improves. We can offer you alternatives to the moves you may find difficult and remember - nobody gets all the moves right, including the instructors! So exercise with enthusiasm and the moves will follow.
I am proud that we are successful because our classes are friendly, welcoming and fun with a great atmosphere. It doesn’t matter it you want to lose a little or a lot of weight, I know we can help you and we’re with you every step of the way. Why not try out my weigh in and Zumba classes. We have a great time and a real buzz learning Latin inspired dance routines. It is not complicated, it is great fun and a good workout. It is suitable for all.
Most people pay monthly by standing order and receive an exercise class (either Aerobics or Zumba) a weigh-in and also the diet and membership free of charge (also second class at a discount and a % off all products). It is £24.00 a month or £23 for Monday classes as no classes are run on bank holidays. Or you can pay weekly £10.00 to join and receive the diet then each class with a weigh-in £6.50.
If you would like to just come along and take part in only the exercise session (either Zumba or aerobics) then it is £6.00 per session - just drop in.
