My name is Lesley Jeavons and I run the Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Club in the Brighton, Saltdean, Peacehaven and Newhaven area. I would like to help you become slimmer, trimmer, fitter and healthier.
I can really help you to shed your unwanted weight, whether you have a few pounds to lose or much, much more.

I have had a weight problem so know how difficult it can be to lose weight, but I successfully did it by attending classes at Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs! I know how it feels to be overweight, breathless, with red sore chubby thighs rubbing together and until 2003 I weighed 14 stone 11 pounds.

I succeeded in shedding four stone by joining my local Rosemary Conley class where I followed Rosemary’s healthy eating plan and took part in the fun and effective exercise and toning sessions. By continuing to eat sensibly and exercise regularly, I have succeeded in maintaining my weight for five and a half years.
I am married to Corin and we have one son Aidan. Before becoming a Rosemary Conley franchisee I was the Director’s PA for an educational charity who campaigned on healthy eating issues.
In 2010 I appeared on Rosemary Conley TV with Dean Simpole-Clarke.

Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs have been in operation since 1993 and Rosemary has over forty years’ experience in helping people to slim down and shape up, so you could not be in better hands.
As ours is the only national organisation to offer dietary advice AND exercise in the same weekly class, there is no better place for you to lose weight and get fit. Even if you haven’t exercised for a long time, I can adapt the exercises to suit all abilities. However, if you don’t wish to join in the 45-minute exercise session, that’s fine with us!

A typical class consists of a weigh-in, a short motivational talk offering nutritional help and advice and the all important
exercise to music workout, which lasts for just 45 minutes and focuses on fun and enjoyment.
If you do want to join in the exercise session please bring with you a bottle of water and wear loose, comfortable clothing and a pair of training shoes. Many members wear leggings and a T-shirt, but whatever you feel happy exercising in is fine with us.
Our classes are fun, friendly and welcoming. No one is made to feel embarrassed and your weigh-in is very discreet, so, apart from myself and Danielle no one else will know how much you weigh. If you’re thinking of joining on your own, as many of our members do, there’s no need to worry: you’re soon amongst friends at a Rosemary Conley class.
