Hi - My name’s Tina Pink and I run the Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Club in the Addlestone, Chertsey & Weybridge area. I would like to help you become slimmer, trimmer, fitter and healthier.
I have been running my own classes since January 2004, but I have been teaching classes as an instructor since July 2001. I can really help you to shed your unwanted weight, whether you have a few pounds to lose or much, much more.
Each week I run 5 classes in Molesey, Addlestone, Chertsey, and Newhaw. My members are losing lots of weight and are getting fitter each week. Why not come along and join them to see what I can do for you?
I have personally overcome a weight problem, so I know how it feels to be overweight. I used to weigh 17st 4lbs. I lost 3 stone with a rival slimming club, but I left when they told me off for putting on weight. I still needed to lose more weight, but couldn’t face going back. That’s when my friend persuaded me to join my local Rosemary Conley class instead and I loved it!

Being with a friend felt great because we could give each other support and encouragement. We even had a bikini war, which gave our weight loss campaign that competitive edge and a bit of fun as well. I succeeded in losing a further 5 stone and reached my goal weight of 9st 4lb losing a total of 8 stone.
There are so many inspirational slimmers in all of my classes, and I am so proud of them all. One slimmer, Barbara, lost 6lbs in her first week and then went on to lose 1 stone in her first month!

I am married to another franchisee, Tracey and we have 4 children between us, Amelia, Luke, Winta and Toby. I have a lot of hobbies including knitting, crocheting and dress making, but I also enjoy playing sports like tennis, golf, volleyball, baseball and cricket with my family.

We have lots of fun in class and my members and I regularly take part in charity events or fundraisers. We recently went to the Rosemary Conley Roadshow in Colchester, which was raising money for STEPS charity - it was a fantastic day out !
Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs have been in operation since 1993 and Rosemary has over forty years’ experience in helping people to slim down and shape up, so you could not be in better hands.
As ours is the only national organisation to offer dietary advice AND exercise in the same weekly class, there is no better place for you to lose weight and get fit. Even if you haven’t exercised for a long time, I can adapt the exercises to suit all abilities. However, if you don’t wish to join in the 45-minute exercise session, that’s fine with us!

A typical class consists of a weigh-in, a short motivational talk offering nutritional help and advice and the all important exercise to music workout
, which lasts for just 45 minutes and focuses on fun and enjoyment.
If you do want to join in the exercise session please bring with you a bottle of water and wear loose, comfortable clothing and a pair of training shoes. Many members wear leggings and a T-shirt, but whatever you feel happy exercising in is fine with us.
Our classes are friendly and welcoming and there’s a great atmosphere in class. No one is made to feel embarrassed and your weigh-in is very discreet, so apart from myself and my staff, no one else will know how much you weigh. If you are thinking of joining on your own, as many of my members do, there's no need to worry: you're soon amongst friends at a Rosemary Conley class. It doesn’t matter if you’ve got a little or a large amount of weight to lose. We can help you and we’re with you every step of the way.
The classes cost £28.00 for monthly membership (this is based on £6.75 per class), £25.00 premier club and £35.00 premier club plus (unlimited monthly classes). If you are staying for the exercise session, the class lasts for 90 minutes.
