Slimming classes in Birmingham: Kings Heath & Hall Green.
My name is Caroline Willey and I run the Rosemary Conley Food & Fitness Classes in the Kings Heath and Hall Green areas of Birmingham. I would like to help you become slimmer, trimmer, fitter and healthier by working together to get the real benefits you deserve.
I have been running classes since September 2007 and I can really help you to shed your unwanted weight, whether you have a few pounds to lose or much, much more.

Lets make this the year that you achieve your fitness and weight loss goals. In turn these achievements help you to be more positive in everything that you do.
Rosemary Conley Classes are all about being Fitter. Healthier. Happier.
We all want these things, but sometimes it is hard to do it on our own and to make time for ourselves.
At this time of year don't try to do everything. We often expect too much too soon.
Can you commit to attending one class a week, which will provide advice, support and fitness?

Doing something manageable, consistently is more likley to get better results.
I initally joined Rosemary Conley as a member, just as I hope you will. I really enjoyed it. I started to change the way I ate, became more aware of what to keep in and what to leave out and the weight started to come off. I lost 7lbs in the first 2 weeks.
Just as important though was the fact that I felt that I was now doing something for me. I enjoyed the exercise session, and started to work out to one of Rosemarys DVDs at home as well.
This way of looking after yourself works. Come in to class and have a look for yourself or e-mail me any questions that you may have. So many of my current members have now lost more weight than they thought possible and improved their fitness levels alongside.
So how do you join?
Booking a place beforehand is ideal so that I can make sure the class is not too busy. So if possible contact me to discuss which class you are interested in.
My joining offer is to give you Free Membership and the full starter pack on week 1 when you pay for the first 4 weeks £25. This is to ensure you give yourself the best chance or making those ealry changes that are so important.
If this is not possible then you can pay the £10 membership fee and just one week at £6.25 and then week by week afterwards. You will still receive the full pack.
Finally if you want to just pay for the first week to see how it goes then you will be given a two week information guide and diet plan.£0.00
After this first month classes cost £6.25 a week though most members take advantage of paying by standing order for their classes which saves you month each month. £23 a month includes one class per week and the fantastic magazine 9 times a year.
Please note Thursday morning is women only class.
I currently hold 8/10 classes a week in Kings Heath and Hall Green. I offer mornings, afternoons, evenings for our main classes and weekends for occasional classes. Members can swop and change classes so that you can go to the type of class you fancy that week, or do extra exercise only classes. We run a very sociable club, if you want to you can get involved in nights out, walking groups, do the Race for Life - have a day trip/ weekend trip abroad to a fantastic spa or just come out locally for a salsa night.
We have a great selection of before and after photos in class so do have a look.

Each class consists of a weigh-in, a short motivational talk offering nutritional help & advice & a fun-filled 45 minute workout. It is your class and you can choose the combination that works for you, weigh in and work out, work out only or weigh in only.

If you do want to join in the exercise session please bring with you a bottle of water and wear loose, comfortable clothing and a pair of training shoes. Many members wear leggings and a T-shirt, but whatever you feel happy exercising in is fine with us.
