Develop a Positive Attitude

Whether it’s aches and pains or worries about work, buddy up with someone who is positive. Ideally meet up to go for a regular walk. Also, make of list of five goals – they can be small ones – and tick them off as you achieve them. The more goals you score, the greater your confidence will grow and the happier you will be – and the younger you will look!
