Shop staff have names so let’s try to learn the names of the people who regularly serve you. Seeing their smile when you greet them by name and ask how they are is reward in itself.

For all of us our life’s journey will include some incredible and joyous highs and some heart-breaking lows and the last year has undoubtedly challenged everyone. How we cope with these changes and challenges can help to strengthen our character and prepare us for whatever else may present itself in the future. As the lockdown is eased, we are able to enjoy and appreciate some of the things that bring us joy once more and I hope that we will appreciate our freedom more than ever and that we will enjoy life on a different level.
