When calling a company and the receptionist introduces themselves as they answer your call, I try to remember their name so that when they put me through, I can say, ‘Thank you Sam’. Remembering people’s names makes us all feel important.

For all of us our life’s journey will include some incredible and joyous highs and some heart-breaking lows and the last year has undoubtedly challenged everyone. How we cope with these changes and challenges can help to strengthen our character and prepare us for whatever else may present itself in the future. As the lockdown is eased, we are able to enjoy and appreciate some of the things that bring us joy once more and I hope that we will appreciate our freedom more than ever and that we will enjoy life on a different level.
