Aerobic exercise (exercises which cause you to breathe more deeply or get slightly out-of-breath) benefits your heart and lungs as well as promoting your general mobility and balance to help keep you young and fit.

Mary demonstrates the routine working at a higher level while Rosemary accompanies her but exercising at a much lower level. This gives you the option to see which version you can manage. You may wish to start by following the gentler workout and after a few sessions feel able to progress to the higher level.

This short workout offers a range of moves to benefit your whole body whilst gently working your heart and lungs. It will also mobilise your joints to help you stay young and fit.
