Austrian Activity Holiday

From 1983 until 2022 I used to take a group away almost every year in the summer for an Austrian Activity Holiday. In June 2022, the time finally arrived to call it a day and we held a Grand Finale holiday.

We stayed in the luxury hotel, Der Berghof, in the exclusive town of Lech am Arlberg and I was joined, as I had been for the last 24 years, by my friend and fitness colleague Mary Morris.

The event was always an action-packed week-long break in idyllic surroundings with glorious scenery, stunning snow-topped mountains and breath-taking views across the meadows of wild flowers. Our groups always had a lot of fun and laughter at the same time as becoming fitter physically and emotionally.
