Dr Hilary on... Sleep

It's National Stop Snoring Week 22nd-28th April 2019

I've lost over 5 stone but I've noticed that when I don't sleep well I feel much hungrier the whole next day. I read a report said that sleeping well can help weight loss. Why is this and have you got any tips for drifting off naturally?
