  • 1x70g packet low-fat instant custard
  • 1 tbsp (heaped) Green & Black's cocoa powder
  • 100g low-fat fromage frais
  • 1x23g packet reduced sugar orange jelly
  • Tips

    This simple dessert can be made in advance - make in small glasses for a low-fat chocolate hit.

    Instructions

    1.

    Make up the custard with 300ml of boiling water. Add the jelly and cocoa to the custard mix. Whisk for 5 minutes to dissolve the jelly. Allow to cool slightly before mixing in the fromage frais.

    2.

    Whisk 2 egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture. Pour into serving glasses and allow to cool until set.
