  • 10g Honea or golden syrup
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 large garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 125g cooked beetroot
  • Tips

    This will keep in the fridge overnight
    use golden syrup as an alternative to Honea

    Instructions

    Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

    Serve with pitta bread, vegetable batons or in sandwiches
