  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme, optional
  • 4 slices Parma ham
  • 3 tsps Spicentice Italian Rub
  • 2x135g raw chicken fillets, skin removed
  • Instructions

    1.

    Pre heat the oven to 180C.

    2.

    Roll each chicken fillet in Italian spice rub, ensuring they are evenly coated. Gently wrap each fillet with two slices of Parma ham and place on a non-stick baking tray and place in the center of the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

    3.

    Remove from the oven, sprinkle with a little fresh Thyme (optional) and serve immediately.
