Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and add the spaghetti.
Whilst the spaghetti is cooking heat a small frying pan. Add the chorizo sausage and gently cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the chopped tomatoes to the frying pan, with the paprika, black pepper and a little salt. Reduce the heat to a simmer and stir occasionally. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
Once the spaghetti is cooked to your liking, using a slotted spoon or tongs transfer the spaghetti to the chorizo and tomato sauce. Stir to ensure the spaghetti is evenly coated in the sauce and transfer to a warmed bowl or plate. Serve straight away.
