There's a 35-minute exciting aerobic workout that will burn fat as well as make you considerably fitter. Then there's around 20 minutes of body conditioning exercises that really tone those problem areas. Do these regularly and you will be amazed at how quickly they will make you look slimmer and trimmer. These workouts are designed to be done individually on alternate days, but if you prefer a whole body blast, you could combine them - the aerobic and toning in one session!
For the first time, we have a chair workout especially for those who, maybe through physical restriction or limited mobility, are unable to participate in standing exercises. It may be that in time some people might be able to progress to the standing workout, but, if not, the chair programme will enable you to burn extra calories, become stronger and increase flexibility and mobility generally.
